Wolves Whiskey Wally's Blend

Only 846 bottles were produced of this third-ever release by Wolves, a California whiskey company. 100 bottles have been secured for Mash&Grape and Dark Spirits Society members get first dibs. 

The Wolves signature blend is comprised primarily of two whiskies distilled from finished craft beer.  These whiskies were distilled in a copper alambic pot still that was imported from Cognac, France, and aged in new American oak and French oak for 9 and 5 years, respectively.  Once aged, the beer distillates are blended with a rye whiskey and an American single malt whiskey, also aged 9 years in used French Oak.  It’s a balanced andincredible experience on the palate.

Each bottle is wrapped by hand in Italian sheepskin leather, and presented in a custom canvas sleeve.  The glass is heavy and French-cut, allowing the sheepskin to lay flush against the glass.

A “wolf in sheep’s clothing,” so to speak.
