Kings County 7-Year Straight Bourbon
Barrel #1522 is the third in a series of superlative 7-year bourbon single barrels from Kings County Distillery. After an initial year of aging in a shipping container in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, this barrel was then transferred to our Bushwick warehouse for an additional 6 years. The first summer of extreme high temperatures likely contributed to the higher-than-usual angel's share of 39.7%, while continued aging in a more even environment resulted in an exceptionally balanced profile.
This whiskey embodies the heart of Kings County Distillery: fusing the best of world distilling cultures into creative and distinctive American whiskeys. A classic nose of fresh oak, toasted coconut, butterscotch, and cookie dough transitions to a palate of salted caramel, sherried fruit, and honey with a lengthy finish of baked bread, cardamom, dry oak, and balanced tannins. Barrel #1522 is bottled at 96 proof, and only 195 bottles were produced.

An adult over the age of 21 with a valid ID must be present to receive the package, per alcohol laws. Packages cannot be left on stoops or doorways. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to most states.

Returns Policy
We can only accept the return of defective or damaged goods with proof of the defect or damage. In such instances we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), refund the credit card used to purchase the item, or issue a store credit for the amount that was paid for the item. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened already.
