Bimini Coconut

BIMINI ON VACATION Bimini Gin has always mixed well with tropical flavors, especially coconut, but introducing real coconut flavor to a cocktail can be challenging. Most "coconut flavored" products use extracts that taste more like sunscreen than the real thing. Bimini Coconut uses all natural, Organic, Fair Trade Certified coconut oil to add authentic coconut flavor to Bimini Gin. Using a process called "washing", the oil is mixed into the gin as a liquid, then the mixture is cooled so the oil solidifies and can be strained back out. The result is a smooth, dry, natural coconut flavor that balances perfectly with Bimini Gin's botanicals. Subtle coconut intermingles with floral juniper on the nose. Fruity juniper flavor and cooling hops resolve to citrusy grapefruit and coriander on the mid-palate, followed by dry, lingering coconut and honey-like chamomile on the finish.Try it in any gin drink for a subtle tropical variation.
