Cavas Hill 1887 Brut
Ideal at any time of the day, as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to charcuterie, sauce based fish dishes, meat and barbecued vegetables. Serve cold between 6 C and 8 C. Cool it slowly in an ice bucket or at the lowest shelf of the fridge. Open the bottle some minutes before serving and use fine transparent tall glass.
Colour: Straw yellow with green reflex, thin and constant bubbles.
Nose: Complex, with persistent notes of bottle aging and vegetable nuances.
Mouth: Dry, well-balanced, broad and very elegant.
