Bootlegger 21 Bourbon
Made in New York with a mash bill of 100% New York corn, this latest offering from the exciting new Prohibition Distillery is a celebration of the Empire State. The bourbon is both gluten free and certified Kosher by Orthodox Union. Master distiller Brian Facquet distills this spirit in a copper pot still before aging it in new charred oak barrels until he “feels it is ready.” Coming from the mouth of a master like Facquet, that is good news. The only filtration the whisky receives is through layers of cotton mesh, which allows the purity of the corn flavor to shine through.
