Old Dominick Toddy Whiskey
A family recipe that dates back to pre-prohibition, and what we believe was one of the first bottled cocktails, Old Dominick Toddy is “one of which we are proudest.” Rich, exotic layers of spice and citrus are infused into our heritage high-rye bourbon to create a unique libation that’s complex yet nuanced and teeming with flavor. Like our founder said, “Pour over cracked ice, never add water.” Fresh ginger and warm honey give way to a light, peppery spice on the nose. The palate boasts cinnamon candy, toasted clove, ginger ale, honey, light white pepper, light cane sugar, allspice, lemon, orange, and grapefruit. The finish is dry and warm, spicy, and sweet, with creamy butterscotch fading away into white pepper.
