Our barrel finished gin is the result of our Stubbornly Different 160 proof gin resting for six months in recently used bourbon barrels. This imparts the rich, complex tasting notes from the wood and gives the spirit a lovely amber color and hints of vanilla on the finish.
As anyone who enjoys brown spirits knows, the barrel in which the spirits are aged is one of the biggest sources of flavor. SD Barrel Finished gin can be used in many gin cocktails, and is also great to sip neat or on the rocks.
