Conniption American Dry Gin

Supremely Balanced & Delightfully Approachable
Traditional small batch distillation techniques merge with modern lab technologies to create a contemporary American Dry Gin that is supremely clean, crisp, and complex.

This Conniption is triggered by a novel two-step manufacturing process that first gives botanicals, like Indian coriander, angelica root, and cardamom, a sophisticated footing with juniper from vapor infusion in our custom-designed German pot still.

Next, the fresh and floral notes of cucumber, citrus, and honeysuckle flowers are individually vacuum distilled at room temperature and then blended into the gin base to provide a refreshingly modern flavor profile.

Aroma, Tasting and Finish
Nose is of fresh piney juniper and coriander, spicy cardamom, bright orange, crisp cucumber and sweet honeysuckle. On the palate, juniper is in trio with the coriander and cardamom for the unmistakable gin base with quick softening from fresh, peeled cucumbers, sweet orange peel and finally, all is rounded by the dryness from the angelica root. The gin's lingering finish highlights its approachability, smoothness and balance.
