"Batch 002 is a Bourbon-lover's whisky. The corn component, which represents 80% of the blend, is 20 years old but was aged for 13 years in used oak before being transferred into new oak for the final 7 years. Imagine a very old bourbon, with all the dynamic caramel, spice, and fruit notes, but it isn't over-oaked or bitter."
