This limited-edition spirit highlights a softer, sweeter side of bourbon with a bouquet of flavors including apple, pear, honey and toasted wheat. Distilled from locally sourced corn, wheat, and barley, then aged for 20 months in a char #3 American Oak barrel.
Tasting notes: On the nose, subtle aromas of fruit, oak, and straw. The taste is delicately sweet and smooth, with notes of apple, pear, and a buttery mouthfeel.
Locally sourced mash bill: 60% PA corn, 35% DE malted wheat, 5% DE malted barley.
